01What videos work best?
Group dance, rehearsal, stage, and other multi-person videos work best when your target is visible clearly for part of the clip.
02Does TapSolo use AI?
Yes. TapSolo uses on-device computer vision for person detection and tracking. It is not generative AI and does not invent frames or performances.
03Is my video uploaded to the cloud?
No cloud upload is required for the core TapSolo flow. Analysis, reframing, and export run on the device.
04What if tracking loses the person?
TapSolo includes a review and correction path for uncertain moments such as crossings, occlusion, or the person leaving frame.
05What aspect ratio does TapSolo export?
The current product direction focuses on vertical 9:16 solo fancams.
06Can I download TapSolo now?
Yes. TapSolo 1.0 is available on the App Store for iPhone.
07Is Android supported?
TapSolo is iPhone-first. Android remains a future product route and is not available in this release.
08Can it track several people at once?
The current workflow focuses on one selected person per video.
