TapSolo Terms of Use

License and product scope

TapSolo grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules. TapSolo is a focused tool for selecting one person, reviewing the follow path, and exporting a vertical video; it is not a general-purpose video editor.

User content and responsibility

You retain your rights in user content. You must have permission to import, edit, save, and share every video you use, including any music, performances, likenesses, and third-party material in it.

You are responsible for the content you create and share and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, platform, and local-law requirements.

Tracking and output

Automatic person tracking can be affected by occlusion, crossings, lighting, camera movement, and video quality. Review the result before publishing. TapSolo does not guarantee that every frame will follow the selected person or that every output will be suitable for a particular platform.

TapSolo Pro purchases

Monthly and yearly TapSolo Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless cancelled through your Apple account. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase. The App Store purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms before you confirm.

Apple processes payment, subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests. Restore Purchases can be used to refresh an eligible entitlement on a device signed in to the purchasing Apple account.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use TapSolo unlawfully, to violate another person's rights, to distribute harmful material, or to reverse engineer or interfere with the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. TapSolo's software, brand, interface, and original materials belong to NexGlow or its licensors.

Availability and limitation

TapSolo is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, NexGlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update TapSolo or these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to tapsolo.app@gmail.com.
