PRIVACY

TapSolo Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026. TapSolo is operated by NexGlow and is designed around on-device video processing.

01

Video processing and temporary files

You choose a video through Apple's Photos picker. TapSolo reads only the video you select, creates temporary working files, analyzes people, reframes the picture, and exports the result on your device. TapSolo does not upload your video to a NexGlow cloud service for the core workflow.

Temporary working and export files remain in the app's local storage as needed for the active task. Videos saved to Photos are controlled by you through Apple Photos.

02

Photos permission

TapSolo requests add-only Photos access when you save an exported video. Denying this permission does not prevent local export or the system Share action, but TapSolo cannot save the result to Photos until permission is granted.

03

Purchases and Apple StoreKit

TapSolo Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment and account information under Apple's policies. TapSolo checks signed transaction and entitlement status to unlock Pro features and does not require a TapSolo account.

04

Free-export allowance and iCloud

TapSolo stores the number of free exports already used (an integer from 0 to 3) in the device Keychain. When iCloud is available, Apple iCloud key-value storage may sync that number across devices signed in to the same iCloud account so reinstalling the app does not normally reset the allowance.

This sync does not include videos, device identifiers, Apple ID details, purchase information, or other user content. If iCloud is unavailable, TapSolo continues with the device Keychain and does not block export.

05

Sharing and support

When you actively share an exported video, Apple's system share sheet sends it only to the destination you choose. That destination's privacy practices then apply.

If you email support, NexGlow receives the information you voluntarily include, such as your email address, device details, and issue description, and uses it to respond to your request.

06

Analytics, children, and changes

The current TapSolo app does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. TapSolo is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their region.

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
